Kent Randolph Rigby

Kent Randolph Rigby, 65, of Latrobe, Pennsylvania, passed away at UPMC Shadyside Hospital on February 15, 2025. Kent was the son of Rea Ann Barr Rigby and the late Ronald Francis Rigby. Kent is survived by his mother, Ann Rigby, his sisters, Robin, Alison and Kristin, Kristin’s husband William DeBoer and his niece and nephew, Kayleigh and Ian Rigby. Kent is preceded in death by his father and his brother Jeffrey Rigby.

Kent had many hobbies throughout his life about which he was very passionate, including technology of any kind, music and stereo equipment, baking, collecting fountain pens and kimonos, and most recently turning his own pens and cheesemaking. His many friends and his family will miss him and his humor greatly. 

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the SPCA in Kent’s name. A small gathering will be held at his home on a date to be determined.
