Leon Champion Strong

Leon C. Strong, 75, formerly of North Braddock, PA., died on Thursday, April 27, 2023 of natural causes. Leon is survived by his daughters, Paula N. Strong, Christina L. Strong and Alexandria L. Strong, sisters, Geneva (Toni) Gray and Alfreda “Freda” Smith, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Leon is preceded in death by his parents, siblings and other family members. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with Strong Funeral Home and Cremation Services, LLC of Rankin, PA. Family and friends are welcome to attend visitation on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Unity Baptist Church, 420 Fifth Street, Braddock, PA 15104 with services to immediately follow at 11:00 AM. Family will hold a private luncheon at Asti’s Italian Steakhouse in Braddock for Leon’s close friends (no children permitted).
