Roderick Wayne Hughley

Roderick Wayne Hughley, 63, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, passed away on Monday, November 28, 2022, at Forbes Hospital in Monroeville. Roderick was the son to Myrtis Tinsley Hughley and the late Robert Simmons. Roderick was a Veteran in the military for the United States Army. Roderick is survived by his four children, Jason Gentile, Dane Koch, Devon Koch and Desiree Koch, eight grandchildren, eight siblings, William (Juanita) Hughley, Butch Hughley, Wanda (James who is preceded in death) Threatte, Beverly Hughley, Sherri (Andre) Freeman, Cherese (Vernon) Benson, Paula Simmons and Karen Rose as well as a host of dear family and friends. Roderick is preceded in death by his father, Robert Simmons. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Strong Funeral Home and Cremation Service, LLC. Family has decided to hold a private viewing followed by interment to the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, Pennsylvania.
